how do i work out when i conceived?

was just trying to work out due date etc but how can i work out how far gone i am the first day of lmp was 2 march i usually have a 30 day cycle so was due 1st april and got bfp on wednesday 28th i cant workit out if anyone can help or direct me to a site that can help wouldbe very grateful

wouldn't you have conceived approximately 10-14 days after 2 march?

TKmaxx is right, although the doc will estimate your due date from the date of your last period, so you're always 2 weeks ahead, iyswim.

not sure as cycle messed up coz of depo only jus started having periods was thinking it was mothers day as we did it frist thing in morning if so does that make me 2 weeks as someone says that makes you 4 weeks do u know where i theres a due date thing on here or online

Agree approx 14 days from fisrt day of last period. The way they work it out from first day takes this into consideration.

Your weeks are counted from last period so you are 3 weeks, but the baby will be younger than this. But this is how the medical profession measure it.

look like im due beginning dec anyway thats close enough for me dp says the timing could be better just before xmas but its his fault anyway

for the first two of the 40 weeks a pregnancy is said to last, you aren't really pregnant yet. In some countries they talk about pregs lasting 38 weeks, i believe.

my birthday is beginning dec - it's lovely as you get to start all the festive feelings off, and there's still something to look forward to once the present excitement has worn off.

When you have your dating scan - normally about 12 weeks they will give you an exact date for your due date.

no i'm all done! ds is 7 and dd is 3. i was obsessed with knowing exactly when i'd conceived second time as i was desperate for a girl and was going with the early conception theory. we only had sex twice that month (!) so i know she was conceived 8 days after my lmp.

who lives near me says that u have a scan at 10 weeks and 18weeks now as u only used to get one at 18 weeks here coz there stingy but quite worried had 2 previous mc between my 2 dds and one was twins as twins run my family

so paranoid coz its so early on

This one is brilliant, I think its American but I use it all the time to check how many days past my weekly check point that I am as well as when I would have conceived (I think its a few days out but they do say that the sperm can hang around for a few days).
