So this is a weird one, I've had dry nipple for years and the past year or so they've been cracked but I've not bothered to do anything about it. I'm now 7 months pregnant and one of them is practically hanging off! I've just put lanolin on hoping it'll heal itself before I get chance to see my midwife but has anyone else had this? Terrified of putting a bra and clothes on in case it catches and worried it'll affect breastfeeding 
any tips would be really appreciated!
