Worried. Is amniotic fluid low?

FTM. Had growth scan at 30+3 reading through notes and it says amniotic fluid index: deepest pool 4.5cm I've just googled this and other M'sTB have been told this is low as well as a thread I just read explaining a FTM needed steroid injections to do with this. I was also told baby a little on the small side?

On my growth scan it said my deepest pool was 5.2cm and normal range was 2cm - ? Cant remember maximum maybe 8 or 10cm? Im opposite though my baby over 90th centile and had my water been on the higher end i would have been tested for gd
