Right, I am 26 weeks, finished work and 'ready' to meet my boy (no.1). When did yours arrive and what should i look for?

Just wondering as i feel like i have got most things done and am now just waiting for something.....and i am hoping not everyone waited til 42 weeks.

Did you mean 26 weekz? Or 36. (I'm not judging if you finished at 26 week s that would be amazing just that then you do have a while to wait! Haha!)
My advice is to enjoy the time off (I know that's so hard when you're just waiting) see friends, do some batch cooking, watch some box sets, enjoy little walks of coffees out....

I'm assuming you mean 36 weeks too .

Ds arrived for me at 41 weeks. Currently 33 weeks with ds2, have 3 more weeks left at work and then I'm hoping he comes by his due date.

Assuming you mean 36 weeks? I finished at 36 weeks with my first, baby arrived at 41+5 !! Kept as busy as I could by washing baby clothes, going for walks, reading, taking baths mid-afternoon just cause I could, baking etc etc xx

Enjoy it! My first came at 31 weeks. I was still at work and had so been looking forward to a few weeks nesting! Have lots of naps!

I finished at 35w with DC1 and then was 12 days od. People asked me if I was bored??? What walking the dog, pottering about,cleaning, baking, going through my baby clothes, aqua natal, visiting family??? Nope.i thoroughly enjoyed it and I'm planning to finish at the same time with DC1 in nursery 3 days a week. I'll never have that time again and I can spend time with him when he isn't in nursery.

I can't wait to finish. Good luck x
