I'm currently 28 weeks and realised I must have PDPSad When I was 16 weeks I noticed after a day out doing some hill walking that I was in pain during the night and the following day mainly in the bones between my legs which I had never experienced before! I just put it down to not being ad fit as I used to be. Anyway it got progressingly worse and yesterday I could hardly walk (been on a 4 hour flight back to UK from beach holiday in Turkey) and I wake up every time I turn over in bed at night due to the pain. At night the pain is in my legs as well as in the pelvic/pubic bone. I saw my mw yesterday and she said it sounded as I had the mild form of PGP and if it got worse to go and see my gp. I've got on/off lower back issues from accident 2 years ago so I'm worried the PHO will only get worse. Anyone got any tips on exercise etc? Should I just go ahead and make a gp appointment? I've got a chiropractor appointment next week to follow up on my back issues, she's trained to deal with pregnancy issues so I'm hoping she can give me some tips too.
I guess I should get organised, we need to declutter and haven't made any baby related purchases yetHmm
