Hi all, just wondering if anyone else has had a cervical stitch recently? I had one 5 days ago after cervical length scans showed continuous shortening of the cervix, following my consultant apt last Friday I was booked in to have one Saturday and came out of hospital Sunday. Have been experiencing back pain ever since from the spinal anaesthetic, just wondered if anyone else had also had some side effects from the spinal? The actual stitch part of the procedure seemed to be straightforward but the anaesthetic has really knocked me about, has anyone else had a similar experience and how long did the pain last for? X
