Currently I have three beautiful children and I'm pregnant with the fourth! I'm only 7 weeks but morning sickness has kicked in in full blast and I'm feeling awful!
Spending hours running back and forth to the toilet, does anyone have any suggestions of things to help?!

I've never suffered like this before!!

8 weeks with baba number 2. Have all day nausea and occasional sickness, with dd I was physically vomiting all day everyday.
Ginger biscuits and teeny tiny snacks and water all day. All I could eat last time round was plain chicken 😣

Eat small but eat often. My doctor told me things like dry toast will help? Bread. Not exciting but worth a shot

There's a hyperemesis thread which is a great support for people suffering the severe morning sickness. I've had it 3 times and it's truly awful...... worth checking out as they have loads of tips and it's great to have a moan on bad days, I know I did :)

Fruit is good.. melon has loads of water in too so keeps you hydrated. Eat loads of Fruit and just nibble at bits throughout the day. Though nothing actually gets rid of it, it's one of those things :( I had it all day everyday right up to 26 weeks. But you soon forget about it afterwards xxx

Never let your stomach get empty. Eat small meals every 2-3 hours and eat slowly. Even when you're not hungry just nibble on some crackers. When your stomach is empty your nausea just gets worse. No to morning sickness tea is great to end morning sickness/nausea.

With three children already it is likely that you are very busy, but if you can rest, do so. It gets so much worse without proper rest.
