Uncomforable period pains not severe but still painful with wind im 24 weeks pregnant and first baby

I'm 27 weeks and have been having the same on and off since around then. For me I think it's stretching pains mostly. If you're worried mention it to your midwife though.

Its most likely nothing but if I were you I'd call the maternity unit and let them know and there you'll get the best advice.

I had this around the same point. I called midwife as I'm high risk of pre term labour and they were unconcerned. I'm now 34+3 and baby looking very comfy with no signs of wanting to vacate any time soon!
