Hi there

Iam new to the group although have been reading posts

I had my 12 week scan on Friday with a nt reading of 3.2mm still waiting on blood work to confirm anything.

Iam absolutely terrified and the hospital were horrible and not very reassuring.

Just looking for any advice, information or people that have been or going through similar experiance.

Thanks

Don't worry until you get your blood results back too. My son had a NT measurement of 3.3 and I was in a total panic but a week later the results were low risk and he's nearly 3 now and healthy in every way.

Waiting for results and not knowing is just awful - try to keep busy and distracted and resist the temptation to google (I know it's hard!). Remember it's just one risk factor and the likelihood is still that everything will be OK Flowers

It's not ridiculously high so try not to panic. Mine was 2.5 at 12+5 and I got a very low risk result in the thousands. What gestation were you measuring at?
I also read that higher NT measurements often turn out to be boys and I am indeed having a boy.

DS was 3.2 and totally fine. Have you had the Harmony test or one of the other similar ones now?
