33 weeks now and suddenly baby is going crazy he must be lying back to back as hes absolutely belting my stomach. You can see the movements so clearly and they are so painful/uncomfortable. Honestly its like something off alien. DH and I thought he was going to break out of my stomach this morning 😂! My bump also feels really heavy and tight and he must keep pressing on certain areas as i keep really feeling like i need a poo!!!

I had the same thing around the same time. It felt awful and I was convinced a hand or a foot would shoot through my stomach at any moment. It would usually start when I laid down so sometimes in the evenings I got up to walk around just to try and lull baby to sleep again and not be punched in the guts.

Thankfully it has stopped as baby has run out of space, now 38w and feeling less sharp movements since about 35w, more rolling and turning these days. Hang in there!

Oh jeez. I feel your pain. I'm 34 weeks. And am currently having my ribs tenderised.

No help/advice to offer, just to say I am experiencing the same at 31 weeks and it's making me feel like I'm on a fairground ride, very quesy. I'm being absolutely beaten on one side by a foot, or feet, it looks like it's going to come out through my skin.
I didn't put two and two together that it means he/she is back to back- that's a bad thing isn't it?!

AnyFarrahFowler · 21/08/2017 22:47

Yep, DS was back to back and the kicking I got was pretty painful. If I mentioned it, people laughed and went "awwww, cute!" It wasn't cute, it bloody hurt!

Fairy45 · 21/08/2017 22:54

@kent only bad in labour aa more pain but no worries at 31 weeks. They move loads up to 36 mines breech and back to back at the mo.
In the nicest possible way Im so glas to hear you are all going through this 😂

I'm 38 plus 4 and my LO has been back to back since I can remember. It hurts so much when he kicks in either of my ribs, it kinda makes you jump and tense up lol. I'm sort of used to it now but he's little leggies are getting stronger and more forceful by the day! Praying he comes out before breaking part of my rib cage 😂😂

Just been to midwife apt. Am 34+5 today.

Baby is the right way around she thinks but his feet are most definetly under my right ribs. He's just jabbing away at them...

Super fun.... Hmm
