Currently sat infront of my toilet feeling very sorry for myself! I can tell the sickness is coming but it's just not here yet.

I hate the waiting!
I can't wait for this part to be over!

Try things containing ginger. You can smell a piece of fresh ginger every time you feel ill, or get some ginger sweets, or ginger cookies.

No to morning sickness tea is great to help with nausea! I craved gingerbread and drank this tea when I was pregnant with my baby, which was a lucky coincidence.

Sea bands my friend! Worked for me, I still felt a little rough but it took it down from a 10 where I couldn't move to a 4-5 where I could. Also I found as long as I kept nibbling I felt better, biscuits, cereal, toast, anything beige and carby was lovely. Keep hydrated and don't get hungry! This too shall pass Flowers

I'm not gonna sit here and tell you that there are foods that magically get rid of it, because I tried EVERYTHING lol.
I had sickness all day everyday until 26 weeks. The only thing I finally figured out is getting up super early and eating a piece if toast slowly. I remember the smell of the kitchen or opening the fridge door used to make me gag. It was awful! Then when your appetite goes.. eugh early pregnancy isn't fun.. but just try walking around a supermarket and find meals that you 'could just eat' if you know what I mean.
I could only eat microwave chips, sweet corn on the cob, toast with dippy eggs and soup. Fingers crossed you don't have it too bad! xxxx
