Hi AN111! It's happening at me as well. I am 5 weeks pregnant and today I got that terrible pain. I'm not working, bed rest most of time. Back pain brrrrr. Hope everything will be ok for both of us xxx

I'm in the same boat too - actually doubled over in pain earlier because the cramps are so awful, I was sure it wasn't normal but I went to see a midwife friend of mine who said not to panic and drink more fluids, dehydration can heighten the cramps.

Following just because I'm in the same boat and hoping one of you gets some good advice on how to tackle it. I wondered if it was a trapped nerve?

I was in tears last night over the pain, hope it starts to go away soon. im not sure if its a trapped nerve but i have midwife appointment on tuesday so will let her know. and julia02 are you on sicknote? im at work right now not doing anything hard but feel very sick and in pain, thinking about taking some leave just to stay at home and rest but we are short staff and i feel guilty!

Today I'm better. The back pain is there, but not too much... Today, I've got diarrhea 😬😬.
I just eat a boiled egg, you can use any medicine for diarrhea when you are pregnant ❓❓❓

i would ask pharmacist what is safe to take during pregnancy, im trying my best to stay away from medication as long as i can but its hard with the pain.
three days off from work now so excited to stay home and do nothing lol Grin
