I'm 20 weeks tomorrow and about 4 days ago i started to feel movements which must be the baby, they are quite slight movements but then yesterday and so far today I haven't felt anything again - is this normal?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

yes it is, at this stage, your baby is still small and has lots of room to play in ! so they can kick towards your back, and you won;t feel it...whereas later on, your baby fills the space, so you feel a lot more

you may have felt something and though it was tummy rumblings etc..

you can try drinking a cold drink and lying on your left side, that often produces some kicks

if you are at all concerned, then call your midwife x

I'm 19 weeks with my 4th and have just started to feel movements. I feel them more in the evenings so thinking I've been too busy to notice until now!

I started to feel about 19 weeks and it was only fluttery light movements. I had these for a couple of weeks until one day I was laying in the bath and felt some hefty kicks! This is definitely normal and a good start!

PPSparkle 24 weeks today! X

Do you think I am worrying about nothing?? I felt a few movements last week for about 4 days (or i thought they wer movements anyway) and nothing since, Isn't 20 weeks quite late not to feel poper movements???

if you are worried, then get checked out, esp if you have not had anything since you first felt the movements, did you try lying on your side, having a cold drink?

you probably won;t relax until you get confirmation all is well, so why not call your midwife?

I first felt mine at 14 weeks (yes it is possible!) and now at 16 weeks I feel it loads although some days not at all. It's only later on near end that it may concern you if it hasn't moved in a while. Drink iced water, may get it going!
