Dehydrated but weeing non stop

Help! Is there a way of not weeing!
Im getting headaches from not drinking enough, but it is literally going straight through me.
Im only 7 weeks, is it going to get worse?!
Any tips welcome.

See your doctor or midwife asap.

Constant thirst and lots of pee may indicate a range of problems including diabetes.

Or a bladder infection (needs checking due to risk of miscarriage).
