What does 'Ceph' and 'free' mean on my notes?

Hello All

Had a mw appt yesterday and under 'presenting part or lie' is written 'ceph' and under 'relation to brim' it says 'Free'. What do these mean?

It means that the head is free rather than engaged.

Ceph is head down, free is head not engaged.
