Confusing pregnancy test!

Hi,
So I need a little help I am really confused I have been feeling very tired lately and not having an appetite ( not like me ) boobs were hurting strange twinges in my lower belly...
So I did a Tesco pregnancy test it came up faint positive within about 30 seconds...then I went to bed and the next day i did another ( 2pack) with my first wee of the day which should of been stronger but it said negative...
I'm not sure what this means has anyone else had this? It has colour and showed up quickly but not sure on my sanity.
I'm booked with doctors but I feel I am losing my mind xx

Sorry new to this site..and that's the first test the second didn't even have a line at all maybe a little but was way after 10minutes xx

I can see a line on that test.

Could you buy one which actually says 'pregnant' or 'not pregnant' on it and try again tomorrow morning?

Yes I've got doctors tomorrow anyway but I'm going to buy a digital and try again in few days just confused at the two different results xx
