Anger during pregnancy

Due to one bazar situation involving my lovely mans sister (we all appreciate she is the root cause here - it's an ongoing issue) I've really lost my temper and shouted to the point I actually felt dizzy and a tightening in my stomach. I'm 13 weeks so still a little on the nervous side. I'm really worried that this level of anger will be harmful.

Please don't worry, as a one off it will be fine I'm sure. I have always been an angry person and a few times in my first pregnancy got to where you were my dd is a happy calm 5 year old and having kids has dampened my anger massively.
