Light brown discharge...had two previous miscarriages

Hi.

I've had a he'll of a time since iv found out I'm pregnant. Iv had two previous miscarriages so I went to epu as had sharp pains. First ultrasound they couldn't see much but something was there. Had to have bloods done. Hcg was high enough so went in for ultrasound 2days later. A sac was visible and they said I was about 6weeks. 😊 last Saturday and Sunday I had pinkish discharge then from Monday I have had light brown discharge when I wipe. I had cramps Monday to Wednesday but not had any since. With previous pregnancies my boobs have always been agony where as this time they aren't sore but are definitely growing. I went back to epu this morning for another scan and there's a wee baby there but light heartbeat. Midwife says it could just be the heartbeat starting or it could be start of miscarriage..I'm to go back in a week. I'm absolutely demented with worry! I have a healthy 10year old daughter. I had her when I was 21 and had no issues at all with pregnancy.
Has anyone else had any experiences like this? I know what will be will be but this unknown is completely stressing me out :(

Also did the terrifying trips to EPU at the beginning of this pregnancy. I'd say that considering you seem to be progressing from first scan not showing much to this scan showing a heartbeat, it's likely that if you were to have a further scan next week, you'd see a more developed foetus with a stronger heartbeat!

Don't think it's an exact science but it certainly sounds hopeful to me! Wishing you lots of luck

Thank you so much! I hope so and my fingers are crossed! Hope all is well with you😊. I guess midwife doesn't want to get my hopes too high due to history. My mc were with ex partner. This is with my new partner. Nice wee surprise! Xx
