I'm 5weeks 2 days pregnant with dc2 and have no symptoms apart from being really tired. I'm worried that no symptoms is bad news has anybody else had no symptoms at 5 weeks and gone on to develop them/have a healthy pregnancy?

I had none until 10 weeks and I'm now 34 weeks with twins.

So you have a missed period and very tired, that's two symptoms. It's still incredibly early, most don't have many symptoms at that stage.

I was closer to 7 weeks before any symptoms other than tiredness started. Now 31 weeks and still wishing the sickness would sod off!

I didn't have anything until 6+4, then they started with a vengeance. I'd say it's more normal not to have anything as early as you are (besides the missed period). I didn't even have any fatigue! Am now 17 weeks and all is well. :)

miscarried June 23rd 2017 (12 weeks) as we found out baby stopped developing and heartbeat stopped at 8 weeks. This was almost 7 weeks ago, I've had no cramps, no bleeding, no period, no pains of any sort so out of curiosity done one clear blue digital 2 days ago getting positive 1-2 weeks and again this morning getting positive 2-3 weeks, would this be a new pregnancy or hormones from the miscarriage, any advice?

Gill0105 · 14/08/2017 11:20

I would phone your early pregnancy unit. Your hormone levels should be back to normal a week after bleeding stops?. Iv had two previous miscarriages and tested a week after bleeding stopped and negative. Phone them and get scanned ❤

Thank you I will do 💕 I'll keep you posted hopefully some good news

Symptoms kick in around 6-8 weeks. There's usually a breather from symptoms around 10-11 weeks before they come back in for a last hurrah, typically leaving for good between 12-14 weeks.

My symptoms usually kicked in after 8 weeks with all three of mine. I wouldn't worry at all OP. It's too early to see anything on a scan anyway, even if you did request one.

Very normal. Flowers

I had none until 8 weeks (nausea and morning sickness that hit with a vengeance and I'm now 32 weeks. My friend gave birth a few weeks ago and said apart from her growing bump and lack of periods she wouldn't have even known she was pregnant- went through the whole thing feeling her usual self with none of the "symptoms" people look for!

Glitterbubble · 14/08/2017 15:02

I had no symptoms other than tiredness, I'm now 31 weeks!!

I was like you and worried, I only learnt to feel lucky once I had the 12 week scan!

BalloonDinosaur · 14/08/2017 15:27

I had no symptoms at all until about 8 weeks. And had a very easy, healthy pregnancy. Don't panic OP. Congrats on your pregnancy!
