Help

I'm 7+2 and constantly constipated! It's horrid. Any advice? Thank you 😘

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I had this too - you'll be glad to know it does pass! I would suggest MASSES of water, loads of fruit and veg, nuts, seeds, dates etc.

MissBax · 12/08/2017 11:27

And congratulations on your pregnancy! :)

Same here honey never had it really with ds1 or 2. I'm drinking loads of water and eating fruit to try help.

And if all the natural things don't work I found suppositories a god send early on! You get them in any chemist and most supermarkets and are safe for use in pregnancy!

Are we allowed to take lactolose?

Hey all

Thank you for all the suggestions! My sister in law brought me round some prune juice today.
All I can say is wow!! One glass & a few hours later I feel a million times better ☺️

Very healthy as a great source of fibre & worked wonders xxx
