Hi guys, I'm panicking a bit and need a little reassurance (if there is any out there). I started off getting really bad early pregnancy symptoms, terrible cramps, if i wasn't angry I was crying, boobs were terribly sore, lower back pain, constantly felt sick. The last two days they have pretty much gone to nothing, I have none at all. I read on here not long ago that this happened to another woman, and it turned out her baby had died. I am 7+2 at the moment. Did anyone else's symptoms disappear early, and their babies were fine? Please help. Thank you.

Yes me, my symptoms stopped suddenly at 8 weeks, I was feeling really sick, sore boobs etc and then nothing. I called the EPU as it can be a bad sign and went for a scan and everything was fine. I'm 17 weeks now. I would definitely get it checked if only to stop you from going crazy.

Good luck x

It's very common for symptoms to come and go. My symptoms were on and off and I'm now 14 weeks. Try not to worry too much, try get a private scan if you can afford one for reassurance reasons.

Had that twice and both times scared me a lot but scan showed a happy healthy baby :)

Thank you all so much for replying, it has eased my mind. I have already had an early scan on Monday which showed a heartbeat and everything was fine, I have another scan in 2 weeks so I'll hold out until then. Just need to try and chill out a little lol. Thank you again x
