Return of morning sickness

Does anyone know if it's common for "morning" sickness to get worse again late on in pregnancy?
I had it really badly from 6 weeks, and while it's never gone completely it has been well controlled with meds for ages but this last week it's gotten a lot worse again. Wondering if I'm just lucky or if it's common? I'm now almost 31 week's!
Thanks!

Do you think it might be more acid indigestion/heartburn/reflux? I often suffer from that and it can feel alot like nausea. Maybe try tums and see if it helps a little?

I've had/got reflux too, but i take omeprazole twice a day which makes big difference. This is the same as it was early on with the vomitting coming on quickly sadly.

My sickness was really bad until around 18 weeks. It started up again around 30 weeks although doesn't seem quite as incessant and seems mainly to be triggered by tiredness, so I'm hoping it'll ease when I start mat leave tomorrow afternoon.

Yes mine was bad until 18/20 weeks then faded to a more manageable level before coming back worse at 30 weeks.

It seems to be common for those who were very sick for a long time. I was sick until 23 weeks and now the nausea is back with a vengeance at 29 weeks. It's crap!

I was very sick until around 14 weeks, and my sickness has just returned at 32 weeks. Not the nausea though, just the sickness.

Talk to your OB about it first and foremost.
Here are things that helped me:
Try sucking on hard candy. I like spearmint the best while pregnant.
Drink no to morning sickness tea.. this made a huge difference for me.
No matter what you should discuss this with your OB. Make sure you get lots of liquids in so you don't get dehydrated.
