Hannabee123 I know exactly how you feel!
Im nearly 33 weeks and bubs has her head wedge nicely in my rib cage and stamps on my pelvis all day ... makes sitting at a desk all day quite unbearable!
Apparently swimming helps, as does getting on all 4s - having your bum in the air! Im up for trying anything and everything currently!

Hi Hannabee, not sure how far gone you are but I'm 36 weeks and baby is breech. If you have a look at the website spinning babies, it gives you positions to get into that may move baby head down. Even if not successful it definitely eases the pressure that breech babies tend to put on your pelvic. Also lying on my left side to sleep generally helps, and baby tends to be in a less awkward position by morning. If you are struggling to sleep then sleeping in an upright position tends to be more comfortable for me. Also helps the heartburn of you are suffering. Good luck, I don't think my little rugrat is going head down any time soon!
