I've been sick 4 times this morning, I can't lay down because I feel so nauseated but am exhausted at the same time.

What can I do? 😩😩

Try and keep hydrated if you can't keep down fluids for along period of time or if things change or worry you, contact midwife /GP

Hopefully it will pass soon and you will feel abit better Flowers

These worked for me at different stages.
Antisickness wristbands
Bubblegum chewing gum
Boiled sweets
Ginger biscuits

I feel bad for you, I felt so horrendous sous during pregnancy. It was worse than giving birth!

Hope you feel better soon xx

After struggling for several weeks, I finally went to the GP a few days ago as I've been vomiting several times a day and lost some weight, but I can keep fluids down and food for at least an hour or so. I was worried that this wasn't "serious enough" because I know that some people suffer far worse. But he didn't bat an eyelid and prescribed cyclizine for me, which has helped immensely. If it continues then I would definitely ask your GP for help!

How far along are you? There's a line between manageable morning sickness and when it gets more extreme. It can be hard to tell and just think you should put up with it. That's not the case. Some women suffer horribly. Please do talk to your GP if you feel it's becoming unmanageable

I had terrible nausea between 8 and 16 weeks. Only things that helped me were salty and bland foods (crisps and toast were nice), relaxing and not focusing on anything moving (TV, driving etc all made me feel more sick), and chewing gum or mints. X

I ended up going to the gp who sent me to hospital to go on IV fluids and sickness meds. Even now I can't keep anything down apart from strawberries! A sip of water and I'm throwing it back up.

Thanks for all your messages!
