Trying to follow slimming world as recommended by midwife due to high bmi.
All I want to eat is bread. Cheese. Chocolate. Butter.
Is so hard, I think I should've eaten more carbs in general today as have had omelette and salad for dinner, and beans on toast for lunch. Then a muller light. I've felt a bit sick and couldn't make it through my omelette and now I'm sat here trying not to cave and eat chocolate. Had a picky day already with 15 syns worth of minstrels and peanut butter and extra milk in my cups of tea.
Has anyone else had these cravings and managed them ? I'm going to balloon at this rate and can't afford to do that.

Oh OP it's really tough, I feel for you. All I can recommend is that you don't have anything snacky in the house - reduces the temptation massively, I've found.
