Pregnancy Rhinitis

Is anyone else struggling with this? I had it though my last pregnancy but I can't remember when it finished. It does seem to have started sooner this time so I'm just praying it doesn't stay until delivery!!! Currently 6+2 and it's affecting my mood and sleep 🤧.

Any pregnancy safe/preferably natural remedies? Or can we just turn this into a pregnancy rhinitis support group 😂? I CAN'T be the only one who has this!

I had it and was horrible! Think it went away about 18 wks? (Sorry!) I had a small bout again last week at 27 wks when particularly tired / run down - which is how I feel constantly!

Flowersfor you - and a tissue - I know it is annoying! At least only temporary :)

This is my world. Mainly mornings only and been here since early days. Currently 26 weeks and don't go far without a box of tissues. Not keen on any medicines due to blood vessel construction from the only ones that work.

So glad I'm not alone! My friend didn't have a clue what I was talking about... yes tissues it is. I have this sinking feeling that it went away after DD was born but it definitely hadn't started this early last time. I can't believe it!

I had it all the way through right until I had my babies. The very next day it was gone!

I'm 37 weeks tomorrow, lying in bed, mouth breathing as I type. So. SEXY. Apparently I started snoring so loudly (some time ago) that OH has been sleeping on the sofa 😂😂😂

Oh the snoring haha, I've just shaken awake on a few occasions! Although REVELATION! I put Vicks on my feet with socks on last night and it was amazing!!!
