Bit of a weird one!

I've had awful gas for the past few weeks, basically trapped wind and constipation. I've found that when I finally, erm, get some relief - baby starts moving a lot more. Is this common? Does it mean that when I am constipated she can't move as much?

I don't know if this is normal/common but I've definitely noticed a similar pattern. My baby has active days and quiet days, and the active days seem to come very soon after a bowel movement and then baby gets a bit quieter over the next few days until I go again
