Can some help me please!
Im 13 weeks and booked in to see consultant tomorrow
I had a smear and results came back as low grade dyskaryosis.
Can i give birth vaginally or will i have to have a section?

I don't think they'll treat you (ie remove abnormal cells) while you're pregnant will they? I think they wait until 3 months postpartum and have another look at things then (that's what they did with me). In which case you should absolutely be able to give birth vaginally. Best thing to do is see what the consultant says tomorrow.
