Hi,
I was due on the 1st of august and still no sign of baby. There are no signs of labour what so ever. I went 8 days over with my first, but I had the usual aches and pains (and a mucus plug) a week before I gave birth. I have had a sweep last week that did nothing and she said my cervix was still postierier but she could feel baby's head. I refused a sweep today as baby was still in the same place, she wanted to book me in for a induction today but I have refused that too. My main reason is I had a retained placenta with my last baby, and ended up in theatre to have it removed, which was embarrassing to say the least! And I'm worried if it happens all over again and I've gone through hours of induction just to go into theatre again.
I know I'm rambling, I just don't know what I should do.. shall I just ask for a c section?
