Lack of motivation

Anyone else suffering from this? I'm 14 weeks and sickness has subsided quite a lot but I'm just exhausted and struggling to motivate myself to do anything. If I have plans/work I'm ok but if not I'm just moping. I know the only way to stop this is to snap out of it but just wondering whether others felt the same.

I get out of breath at the slightest thing, and exhausted - 11 wks. I'm guessing if I'm tired, to do what I can and rest in between.

I feel like my husband just thinks I'm being lazy! I've told him to Google what happens in pregnancy so he can understand more!!

I'm exactly like this. I absolutely hate being at home because it's like some sort of lazy, black cloud comes over me and I just can't get my arse into gear and do anything! It's ridiculous.
As a pp said, I'm also breathless all of the bloody time so it literally does take all of my energy to stand up while I'm washing up.
Luckily my husband has been fab, but I honestly can't wait for this phase to pass!
I was promised there would be glowing and 27 weeks in, I'm still waiting!

You can't 'snap out' of being pregnant! It's still early days, you will improve over the next month or so. Just rest when you can and don't fight it.

Thanks guys, I know, people think if you're not bed ridden with vomiting you should just be getting on with it. Friends have told me to just enjoy the lazy days as I won't get them any more once baby arrives!

God I feel like this too. Just worked the last 6 days and working 6 more from tomorow, but today I just can't be arsed with anything. Which I guess is fair enough after working, but I'm only contracted 15 hours a week so sometimes I have 5 days off and I'm still just as lazy. It took me 3 hours the other day to build up the energy to go to the shop. Hate it!

I'm with the moping. Can go to work but that's it. So happy just lying on my bed, lying on the sofa; so glad I have low housekeeping standards Blush
