How far into your pg are you able to feel your growing uterus for the first time?

I'm currently 10 weeks and am curious as to when I will be able to feel my growing uterus in my abdomen. I keep having a prod and a feel for it but can't feel anything yet.
When will I be able to feel it?
What does it feel like?

it will literally pop out. it totally freaked me out.

i think i was something like 16 wks but it was so long ago definitely not before 12 wks.
