What to buy for second baby?

So, baby number 2 is on the way and we already have almost all the essentials from DC1: pram, cot, playmat, clothes etc. I can't figure out if I'm being stingy though and feel slightly bad that DC2 will get hand-me-downs of everything, except a new cot mattress (and a changing bag for me ). Did you buy anything new for your second (or third/fourth etc) DC? I'd like to get one or two things that are just his or hers, or useful things I've forgotten about so am looking for ideas!

I thought I would have to buy hardly anything, but it feels like I've bought loads!

New Snuzpod mattress
New changing bag (used freebie Boots one last time)
Some new/warmer 0-3 clothes (DS1 was 11lb+ summer baby, wasn't in 0-3 for very long. This one is supposedly smaller.)
New baby bath and bath support
A very cute blanket with elephants on it
A new Grobag and extra sheets. For some mad reason we managed with one Grobag and two fitted sheets last time.
New changing mat
New bottles in case breastfeeding doesn't work out again
Hakaa breast pump
All the usual nappies, Sudocrem, toiketries , etc.
Fancy a sling but will wait til baby's here to see if I need it.
