Possible food poisoning, what to do?

I am so paranoid with food, and check really carefully every single thing I eat.
I was meeting up with friends and family in town and I was very pleased with myself, as I picked steamed vegetable dumplings, which seemed the safest item on the menu.

An hour or maybe even less after the meal, I have started throwing up. And have been throwing up almost non stop since, so it's been 6 hours, every time I have anything (have been only taking in water and camomille tea). I can't take anything in.
Tbh I am not sure if it was the meal, I have had a headache since morning and have not been feeling that well.

Of course, my luck, it's almost the weekend, no way to see a doctor until Monday. Not sure what to do and super panicking.
Anyone went through something similar and/or has an advice?

Keep hydrated! Try and get as much water down slowly as you can. If you can't contact your midwife or out of hours

I was like this when I was about 14 weeks pregnant xoulsnr keep anything down and my doctor prescribed me some anti sickness medicine thay stopped me being sick. Phone the our of hours and get someone to get you diarolyte I syringes it into my mouth like you would a small child. Also try sucking ice cubes very slowly any liquids in your system will help.

How far along are you? A headache, feeling unwell and vomiting should probably be checked out by midwives. Are any of the other people who went to the restaurant ill? If not it's possible it's not related to the meal, especially as some of your symptoms may have started before the meal. I'd want this checked out if I were you. I'd probably give labour ward a call and talk to the midwives, as it's out of hours. Hope you feel well soon x

SadSongsAndWaltzes - I'm 14 weeks in.
No one else got anything, only me, but then no one else was pregnant.
The headache is more like an usual migraine, I get those monthly or sometimes less often, so I did not pay much attention to it, but then it contributed to horrible wellbeing with the constant throwing up and not being able to keep in any liquids.
Phoned out of hours, were not very helpful, told me to go to hospital if things don't get better but to try to drink as much- which is difficult as 10 minutes after I have anything I am already puking!

Was told to give it a rest and try again when the stomach calms down. Fingers crossed ladies!

Glad you've got advice, and I hope you feel better soon xx

So after 6 hours of puking, actually things got better and not only I could drink some before going to bed, today I woke up feeling alright, I ate and drunk normally.
Don't know if it was food poisoning after all- these usually do not last 6 hours (?), not sure what else it could have been? But anyhow, thank you all for good advice!
