Background is that I am 13 weeks pg and have had two consecutive m/c before this one. I have been getting quite painful cramping feelings for the last couple of days and am wondering whether it might be BH. I never had them when I was pg with ds, so have no idea when they start nor how they feel. Any offers?

Mumpbump, I remember getting them quite early, before I was really showing, so may have been this early. I only got them for a few weeks and then never again. Just felt like a strong tensing in the baby-zone. Sometimes several times a day, usually when tired and in evening.
Hope that helps.

Thanks, eclipse. It's comforting to know they can occur at an early stage. I haven't had any more since the morning so hopefully it's nothing sinister...

I got BH quite early too but they never felt like cramping pains, more just a tightness. I did have alot of cramping pains v early on and at variuos stages throughout (am 34+5 now) but I was assured that they were just growing and stretching of the ligaments etc. They did get quite painful at times but was told that as long as there is no bleeding then it is probably nothing to worry about.
