I'm bleeding :-(

I have my 12 week scan this afternoon
It was at my 12 week scan last year that we found out baby didn't have a heartbeat, so I've been nervous for this day anyway
And I've woke up this morning bleeding
I don't know if I can do this again

Remember it doesn't necessarily mean a miscarriage. I bled at 14 weeks and again at 16 weeks and all was fine

Hi, I had a bleed at 21 weeks and not I'm 37 weeks and everything is fine. Try not to worry and think positive x

I booked all the way through, and ds is 16 now, doesn't necessarily mean the worst. So stressful though

I bled on and off with DS2 until about 18 weeks and he's absolutely fine
I just feel a bit - 'ffs why today, like I'm not anxious enough?!'

At least you'll be scanned today which is a good thing. Deep breaths x

Hoping you got good news at your scan. I bled at 11wks and no cause was found x

I've just got home and everything is fine
We have a very wriggly uncooperative baby with a very strong heartbeat

Oh and I'm not 12 weeks I'm actually 15

Yep always nice for these horrible early bits to go a bit quicker isn't it
They didn't say much about the bleeding, just thst it definitely wasn't coming from inside the womb/pregnancy and everything looks healthy do it was possibly just my cervix stretching - pretty much what they always said in my last pregnancy really

Congratulations! I know that feeling at subsequent scans after finding out you miscarried at an earlier one. I remember sitting outside the room sobbing before I even knew whether it was good or bad. Thankfully it was good (dd1 is now 10). So pleased you've had the same positive experience.
