Hi all
I am 19 weeks pregnant and have got a huge appetite, i can eat a huge dinner and still feel absolutely starving, I am just allways hungry to a point where I feel sick.
I feel like my stomach is empty and I need food, when I'm at work I'm constantly going out on breaks to get something from the shop which doesn't even satisfy my hunger so I'm still left looking for something else to eat. I'm going to end up gaining tons but I don't know what to do, I have allways had a good apitite but now I am constantly hungry and never full up!! Has anyone else experienced this? Is there anything I can do to fill myself up lol.

I'm 24 weeks, I was like this all through my first pregnancy (and for the first year of breastfeeding lol), and am constantly hungry again now. I just go with it, I've never gained excessive weight, I mostly eat healthy food as much as possible, my body is clearly just wanting calories!

Yes I'll be 20 weeks on Sunday and am constantly ravenous. I am just going with it as I figure it's better to listen to your body

Weeks 17-20 were the worst so far (week 33 now) hunger wise for me too! I'm petite and haven't put much weight so far during pregnancy. I ate more when I felt that hungry but have tried to eat healthily as much as possible (she said after just having a slice of carrot cake) and so far so good :):) Don't worry and go along with your body.. I'd say :):)
