Back to back at 35 weeks - simple ideas for what I can do?

MW announced today that the baby is back to back, and recommended the spinningbabies website. All good, but I'm totally overwhelmed by the amount of content on the website, and completely stressed about her being back to back!

Can anyone recommend a few straightforward things I can do to help her turn? I'm currently sitting on a yoga ball and leaning forward.

I found the spinning babies website great so maybe have a look at it again. If you have the energy and are nesting then being on your hands and knees and scrubbing the floors is good! Moxibustion and accupuncture may help. Unfortunately my DD stubbornly refused to move despite my best attempts!

Get on all fours and scrub the floors! That's what I was told. I'm almost 38 weeks and just found out baby's now back to back. I'll be scrubbing the hallway carpet this afternoon Grin

I delivered both my babies back to back, I have no advice on helping baby move unfortunately but I did want to share that I had problem free deliveries with both.

mama that's incredibly reassuring, thank you. Right - floors it is. I think once I calm down I can navigate the website better.
