Expecting better is a good book, debunks quite a few of the myths surrounding what is safe and what's not in pregnancy and birthing methods etc

Someone recommended The Baby Whisperer to me during my first pregnancy and I really found it helpful. Helped us find a routine without being strict. I intend to follow the same steps with Baby 2.
