Lucozade sport

Hi.
Need advice! Is it safe to drink Lucozade Sport? This is the still drink. The isotopic one. There doesn't appear to be caffeine on the label but I'm still not sure it's safe.
My morning sickness has kicked in and it's the only thing that's helping.

It's such a horrid feeling all day! I hate going to bed knowing that it's worse when I wake up.

It's the best thing EVER in pregnancy! Yes you can drink it!!

If you find (like me) you get bad cramps or restless legs in pregnancy I advise you drink it by the bucketload as it genuinely helps - genuinely as in with good scientific reason. Crack on and I hope the nausea improves!

It was one of the few things I could manage at times.

I drank normal lucozade all the way through. it's good for getting babies to move if you've not had much movement for a while

I found normal Lucosade helped my sickness a lot more than Lucosade sport. I tried the sport because I thought the electrolytes might help replace what I was losing through vomiting. But really it was the glucose in the normal stuff which helped me.

It's recommended during labour 👍 no idea about pregnancy. I can't think of anything in it that would do any harm but obviously it's not the healthiest thing (but if you're anything like me healthy eating only lasted about 6 weeks until all I wanted was cheese and pies 😂).

I was drinking the pink lucozade in labour! It was amazing my partner holding the cup and drinking from a straw. Definitely helps as you're thirsty and tired! Lemonade helped me with the sicky feeling in the beginning x
