Complete loss of appetite -32wks

Hi all,

Has anyone experienced a loss of appetite during pregnancy? I had it during my first trimester, and now at 32wks tomorrow, I have absolutely no appetite at all- no want to cook (which is normally my evening relaxation), no want to eat anything at all. I know I need to, so am forcing myself, but for someone who loves cooking, making family meals etc, it's really quite upsetting and getting me down- especially as I have no inspiration to cook for my husband (&father in law who lives with us). The only thing I will happily eat at any time is minstrels. I had no nausea (yes, I know how lucky I am!😏) and have had no cravings. Help?

My appetite slowed down a lot by 28/29 weeks. I mentioned it at a midwife appointment, and the midwife said it's around the stage you start eating little and often. Everything is so 'squished', that you have that constant full feeling. I'm currently 34 weeks (second pregnancy), and even now I can eat two bites of something and feel full. Of course though if you are concerned that you are losing weight, or generally not eating enough, then definitely contact your midwife for advice.

I'm 26 weeks and the same, trying to force myself but I really don't fancy anything, I feel so guilty
