B bump

Hi ladies.

I'm 19 weeks pregnant today and I don't have a proper Round pregnant belly lol i have the b bump does anyone else have this too?

Yep! 20+1 today and have the dreaded B! Can't see it ever changing tbh due to my pre-pregnancy weight/shape.

Glad I'm not the only one. I just feel chubby rather than pregnant lol although I can feel baby move. Hoping the bump rounds out soon! Is this your first baby?

I kind of have it and I'm massively unimpressed! I'm not remotely overweight, but my ribs and actual bump form two separate kind of bumps, not helped by "over the bump" maternity jeans that only come up the bottom of my ribs! When I sit I get a fold right at the fabric of the jeans, so I get rolls instead of a bump. Definitely look just chubby not pregnant because of it.

I'm exactly the same! I'm not over weight either I just look like I've ate way to many pizzas! This is my second baby so don't know if that makes a difference? Fingers crossed we get nice round bumps soon

It will go away. Once your uterus grows up and out more it will become a proper hard bump. Bit disappointing at the start though. Third baby here and mine started that way until about 25 weeks I can't remember exactly. 34 now and it's solid.

This is my second too, I'm 24 weeks. Because of the shape of my "bump" I didn't show much until I was 30+ weeks last time, only noticeable to those who know me now. I hoped I'd get a more round normal bump second time around because everyone says your muscles are looser and it all moves out easier but nope, same as last time! So I have little hope of getting a proper bump, but it has its pros too so I'll cope

I hope so. I suppose everyone is different as my midwife said to me the other day.

I was showing by now with my first like a proper round little bump. I suppose everything has stretched from then. Will see how my bump changes ..

I was told if baby is lying back to back your bump won't be as round

My first baby ended up being back to back and my bump was huge and round! My midwife said that A bump was coming when I was lay down hearing babies heartbeat last week

27 weeks here and still don't have a proper solid bump. I am overweight though, hoping it takes a better shape over the next few weeks!

I had a B Bump until 25 weeks when mine popped... although it still goes from soft to hard from time to time depending on where baby is!

I guess I just thought all bumps were round,until this pregnancy. Fingers crossed for our round bumps to pop 😊

That's great! I guess it's just a waiting game! For me I just want to look pregnant

Thank you all, finding and reading this helped me lots. I very much have a B bump and I'm now 29 wks. Thought it was just me as only ever seen lovely solid round bumps before. Just feel I look fatter than normal instead of pregnant!

What's a b bump?

A bump that looks more like a B than a D from the side, not completely round, with an indent like the B.

I have a bit of a B bump and wearing high waisted tights seems to smooth it into more of a round bump. I wear primark bum/tum shaping ones and they seem to smooth out the lower bit of flab so it looks round. I don't find them uncomfortable, but then I usually wear them anyway just went up a size. In jeans I just look fat.

I got maternity jeans from new look, so comfortable and kinda makes the b bump look round

I wish maternity jeans smoothed mine but they don't come up high enough, they're about 3-4 inches from my bra, right where my B forms with my ribs, over bump jeans my ass! The bottom half isn't flab, it's solid bump, it's just my fat ribs making the weird shape.

I got under bump jeans, I was out at the shops this morning and seen a few pregnant ladies with lovely round bumps! I want mine to be round

At the beginning I basically just looked a little bit bloated! I think I only really started to show maybe 25 weeks in!! Xxx
