Yes! Well...last Monday. Second child. Just ring midwife in a couple of weeks and they'll get you booked in at around 8 weeks :) i think my due date is April 6th? Congratulations x

charlie0692 · 30/07/2017 00:58

Guessing I'll need to go to the doctors this week to for them to confirm it? Had a quick look on the due date calendars online and it's saying 11th April so not long after you! I'm so excited x

I've also found out this week! Second child, due date April 4th.
Congrats!

Fuzzyduck21 · 30/07/2017 11:49

Docs don't usually confirm it nowadays as shop bought tests are just as accurate. I found it very bizarre they just took my word for it when I was having my first! Could be different in different areas though x

charlie0692 · 30/07/2017 12:00

That is bizarre isn't it. I will have to give them a call in the morning and see what they say. Congrats to you both, xx

Yes, found out on Wednesday! Still in shock really as we hadn't even started TTC yet! This will be our first, currently due on 7th April. So exciting. How is everyone feeling so far? I'm already struggling with the nausea Confused

Lukeandlorelai4Ever · 30/07/2017 14:03

I'm feeling sick too but not too bad. When pregnant with dd I was vomiting all day every day from 5-15 weeks. Every smell made me sick 🤢
Hoping I won't get it too bad, we are going on holidays next week😬

Fuzzyduck21 · 30/07/2017 14:12

Really bad heartburn which I never had with my first! And really anxious! But delighted as we needed fertility treatment for our first and got pregnant naturally this time 😁

LivLemler · 30/07/2017 14:18

Congratulations! I also found out yesterday, can't quite believe it.

There's an April 2018 thread on the antenatal clubs board which you might fancy joining!

Yes I've started to feel a bit nauseous in the last 3 or 4 days, and getting dizzy too. It was the reason I tested yesterday as AF isn't actually due till tomorrow but I just didn't feel right x

Hi ladies.

Found out I was pregnant on tuesday following an early miscarriage. So nervous.
Is anyone suffering cramping. I have cramps that come and go. Anyone else experiencing this.
Congrats to everyone 😊

charlie0692 · 30/07/2017 18:52

Congrats to you too! Yes been having on off cramps for about a week now. Not as painful as AF cramps, more of a dull achey feeling, hope this is normal! Xx

Catd87 · 30/07/2017 20:04

As am I @charlie0692. They are different from when I miscarried but can be very painful. Worse in the evenings. X

Lukeandlorelai4Ever · 30/07/2017 20:20

Hi cat, I'm also getting cramps. I actually put a thread up I was so worried. They're not as bad today, I've been taking two paracetamol in the morning and evening and that helps. I had them with dd but can't remember if they were like this!

Catd87 · 30/07/2017 20:34

My sister has tried to reassure me saying it is progesterone increasing blood flow, but i cant help but worry. Im over analysing every little thing. Im constantly looking for threads to see if anyone is experiencing similar cramps. The pain can run into my thighs some times.

icantbelieveijoined · 30/07/2017 20:40

lukeand I'm also pregnant with my second. Also due 4th April. I had HG last pregnancy and hoping it doesn't come back this time. There will be 2 years 1 month between my DC's. Nervous about pregnancy and how I'll cope with two Confused

Lukeandlorelai4Ever · 30/07/2017 22:11

icantbelieve- I know, our dd is four so we are at a really easy stage now and we are gonna be shell shocked when dc2 arrives Shock
Poor you having HG. Did you have it the whole pregnancy? I was very sick in the beginning but flew through from week 15.
Cat- I also have pain in my thighs. Hoping it's just hormones and stretching pains.

Fuzzyduck21 · 31/07/2017 07:35

Yes I've been having cramps too and was worried but relieved to see others feeling the same. I also have twinges on back near where I think my ovaries Are! It's amazing what you forget from first time around.

Lukeandlorelai4Ever · 31/07/2017 09:13

Fuzzyduck- I know I've forgotten everything! I'm sure it will come back to meGrin

charlie0692 · 31/07/2017 17:57

Has anyone told other family members yet? My husband knows and I'm dying to tell my mum but he doesn't want to say anything to anyone yet, I know where he's coming from but I just feel like I want to talk about it to my mum 😩 x

OP posts:
Fuzzyduck21 · 04/08/2017 12:45

I was adamant we weren't gonna tell anyone till 8 weeks but we visited my parents at the weekend and I had to tell them 😂 but then i do tell them everything so dunno how i thought id manage to keep it quiet..then felt obliged to tell dh parents too a few days later... I kind of thought that if the absolute worst was to happen then I would have liked them to already know (being the optimist as ever!!!!) There isnt anyone else we want to tell any time soon so probably wait as long as possible to tell everyone else. Announced to everyone elae at 12 weeks last time and felt as soon as everyone knew the time just dragged so hoping to tell everyone later on this time x

lulupopsted · 07/08/2017 11:40

I have been having cramps too :( bit worried no idea what is normal! feel like I have the flu today too. ekks.
Apparently I am due 13th April :)

charlie0692 · 07/08/2017 11:56

Hey lulu,

It's weird, I had cramps all last week but now I don't feel like I have any symptoms at all other than feeling tired ALL the time. I'm 4w5d today. Not sure what I'm supposed to feel at this point but I don't feel pregnant at all! X
