Pains please help !!

HI every1 ive been a lurker for quite some time and enjoy my daily trip to read everything. Just wanted to ask you all something. I am having quite painful twinges (best way to describe) under me belly button across the width of my bump also in the lower part of my back. Not too frequent and lasting about 30 second to a minute, back pain is more uncomfortable than anything.
Dont think they are braxton hicks as no tightening. Been happening for about two days now. This is my 3rd baby so you would think i would be v experienced !!! Please help and try to put my mind at rest. Thanks Lisa 22+5

Hmm - I am only 12 weeks but mentioned a similar sounding pain/twinge to my midwife. She suggested it the ligaments and the like down there loosening up.

might you have a urinary infection ?

have you drunk enough water?

might be everything simply loosening, and stretching and growing to encompass your growing baby !

if the pains get worse ,or regular, or you just don;t feel right, call the midwife!

as long as baby is moving,and you are not losing any fluid, you are probably ok, and it is just one of those things, but obviously ,if you are worried,do get checked out !

Lulumama - i went to hospital last week as lost some fluid and they did like a smear and didnt know what it was as cervix was shut tight not heard anything so dont think i have an infection, have been drinking plenty of water too. Thanks for your advice you are a wealth of knowledge !!
