Crazy sore cramps after morning unrination

This must be the 3rd or 4th time I've had this but it was really bad this morning (I.e I'm still in bed a hour later)

As soon as I urinate some mornings a dull, gassy ache starts in my lower abdomen. Below bump so in the bladder area. It builds up to the point that after I am finished it takes me a few extra seconds to get off the loo and stand. By this point it's the kinda "bend over and try to breathe" cramps for a few minutes. Afterwords the cramps come and go in random waves for random time, and I get a ripping pain right across the area when I sneeze/use stomach muscles to sit up etc.

As said each time it's happened for a different amount of time from 10 minutes to today (1+ hour)

It almost feels gassy but passing gas brings no relief and I can't find a connection with gas and urination.

I find it happens in the mornings after a full night of sleep, so no getting up to pee; I wonder if it's bladder muscle pressure from being too full and squished?

Midwife ruled out a UTI yesterday and I also self test at home.

I'm 23weeks.

Any ideas?
