I'm 30 weeks +1 and for the last 2 days I've been spotting brown discharge. It's not loads but looks like the start of a period. I've also had painful but infrequent Braxton hicks since I was about 24 weeks. I've had this before in my previous pregnancies, but it was earlier on and was never explained. I've spoke to the hospital and they told me unless its bright red and I'm not in agony I don't need to go in. But it's getting heavier and I'm worried it's the start of labour. Can anyone please reassure me if they have had the same?
