Pregnancy pillow - which one?

I'm only 15 weeks but I sleep on my bag which I've read is a no-no past 16 weeks so I'm thinking of getting one of those large pregnancy pillows now. I know it'll be super useful when bump shows/grows, but I'm hoping it'll stop me rolling onto my back which I seem to do all the time.

What brand/style have you got, and would you recommend?

I'm not sure where to even start!

Thanks Smile

I like my dreamgenii, I'm now using it for my second pregnancy. It's also good as a breastfeeding pillow and I've used it to help prop baby up when she was learning to sit, so it's got quite a lot of use.

Oh and I quite often see it on offer in different shops.

That's really helpful, thank you beekeeper.

Anyone else?

I got a love2sleep big u pillow from Amazon, and it's amazing! I had a Teraline (spelling may be off) last pregnancy but it went all flat so was no good. The one I have now is massive but has made such a difference to my sleep, and I do suffer with insomnia! Compared to last pregnancy I am sleeping so well! I WILL be taking it into hospital with me!

I've got a multi purpose one from mother care was cheap as well! You can lay on either side with it support legs and bump nicely. It does feel a bit to big and cushioned at the beginning but that's too be expected with a new item. It can be used for your back and breast feeding as well and you can even buy covers on amazon for it as lots of people don't want the white x

I'm 18 weeks and also lie on my back a lot in bed, just bought mothercare pregnancy pillow and it's great and does the job x

Try not to worry too much about lying on your back. As long as you have a couple of pillows so you are not totally flat you are fine. Pregnancy pillows are great though as things get more uncomfortable. I had a Chico total body pillow which separated into different parts which I liked for the flexibility.

I love my wedge cushion, I shove it under my bump when lay on my side and it stops it feeling like it's pulling down.

I did have a long straight pregnancy pillow but I personally found it too big and a pain to move around in the middle of the night when changing from side to side.
Husband was also not a fan as it was like having a third person in our double bed Grin

I just have a couple of small rectangular cushions, and put one against my back and one between my legs. I find that easier to shift around than trying to manoeuvre something nearly as big as me ha ha!
