Induction at 37 - 38 weeks due to small baby

I'm 34+5 days pregnant with my first baby and was wondering if anyone had any advice. At my 12w scan it was picked up that I had low levels of PAPP-A (0.19) and were warned this could mean our baby has growth issues in the third trimester. It also meant potential heightened risk for chromosomal abnormalities but we had a Harmony test which came back as low risk.

Our 20 week scan highlighted the baby was small and we were booked in for extra growth scans from 28 weeks. At 28w the baby was 3rd percentile and we were warned that if it stopped growing I would have to be induced early at any point from then on. Since then we've had weekly / fortnightly growth scans and doppler scans; the baby has continued to grow consistently (although on its own curve and still
