So I'm literally just 4 weeks and very much indeed pregnant ( 18 positive tests including clearblue digi, crazy I know) anyway past two days I've been having lower backache.. no cramping! And cramps in my legs.. I have had a LG but that was 4 years ago now 🙈 And I don't recall ever having this.. lol.. so is the lower backache and leg cramping normal? Xx

I too am around 4 weeks with baby number 4 and i have forgotten everything about early stages of pregnancy, even though youngest has just turned 2..... I think because pregnancy seems so long we forget the initial stages. I for the past week have woke up feeling i had slept awkward even though I actually hadn't, I know this as I have been awake throughout 2 whole nights with my youngest having a sickness bug terrified he wouldn't sit up when he was sick......
Anyway, i think cramping could be due to everything getting in to place. I had a whole night of cramping 2 nights ago which I was getting extrememely worried about incase it was the worse happening but I now think it was my body getting everything into place for the next 9 months.... I may be wrong but this is the gut feeling I have. I myself have done tests daily fearing that it is too good to be true that baby number 4 is on his/her way (already thinking girl due to nausea). I hope all goes well for you Tryingforanother Flowers

Thank you for replying! Wow! Baby number 4!! That's amazing congratulations!! Aww bless I hope your little one is feeling better soon! It's horrible when they are sick 😞 I am on the same boat! I can't believe I got two lines I keep testing to make sure I didn't dream it! Lol The backache is getting to me it just when I sit or lay so I'm gunna assume it's pressure! Thank you again for replying hope everything goes well for you am you have a h&h 9 months ☺️ Xx

I'm just over 8 weeks now and also had this backache during the first few weeks from a week before my period would have started...it's the hormones and your body prepapring for pregnancy. Things are beginning to stretch. The cramping is also a typical pregancy sign, you may need some magnesium.
