Looking for any advice or reassurance , fundal height measuring at 29 weeks although I am 31+4 weeks. Fundal height hasn't got bigger since 28 wk appointment. Growth scan in the morning and feeling a little nervous. Please feel free to share your experiences, can't help but worry Confused

Hi. I was told in my first pregnancy that I wasbhsving a big baby. I'm only slight myself and baby was transverse do think that's where that came from. Any way turns out at around 35 weeks they said no actually he was small.
Had growth scans and they predicted he'd be 6lb 8.
Turns out he was 5lb 6.
All healthy just a dinky dot. Labour was a little harder due to him getting very stressed during contractions so needed assistance.

Second pregnancy I had to have extra growth scans to keep eye on size. All ok with the second ( 7lb)

Third pregnancy now and measured27 weeks at 28 weeks so have another growth scan booked.
Try not to worry. With my second I took what they said with a pinch of salt as like I said one minute they predicted big. Then small and tbh I think they said the same with the second.
The growth scans will help give a better idea as to the size and it's good they are keeping an eye.
Try not to worry. X

Growth scan tomorrow is great news, not long to wait.

I had one last week as my fundal measurement had gone down from 33 to 37 weeks, turns out baby is fine and 35 percentile. Hope it is similar for you. It's not an exact science!
