Is this a bad sign?

I have pcos, havent had a period since April.
Been taking sporadic pregnancy tests to check. Last took one on 4th july and was negative.
Took one yesterday and got a positive...yippee! Did a clear blue which said 2-3 weeks.
Went to gp this morning to request an early dating scan at the epu.
Both the gp and lady from epu made a comment about how it was strange i had a negative inbetween my last period and my recent bpf. ...should i be worried, is that not normal? Is it not possible that i just ovulated after a couple of months of no ovulation? Help... panicked and scan not til next week

Not weird at all, sounds like they know nothing about PCOS

Sounds fine to me. I have pcos and can go months without a period. You will have indeed ovulated after s few months of not having done so.
